 Your information is governed by the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta and will not be shared with anyone else.  Communication by email is based on your discretion and any emails from you will be removed once read.  The email address you provide is for clinic purposes to update you on your upcoming appointments or changes to our clinic organization.   Please read any form you send to the clinic from your lawyer or organization carefully before signing it.  We will not release any information without your signed consent.
